Support Services Medical Assistant Administrative & Clinical
This is a 800 hour course, proficiency based program which is designed for employment in the medical field, doctor’s office, multi-specialty clinic and urgent care. Students must be able to type 35 wpm at the completion of the program. Students may also receive college credit at Mount San Antonio College.

Full Time Program
The full time course will take 5 quarters to complete. Estimated total cost including books and supplies is $2,940.00
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
Registration Fee:
$330.00* (Fees are paid quarterly does not include books and supplies)
Part Time Program
The full time course will take 7 quarters to complete. Estimated total cost including books and supplies is $3,040.00
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

$250.00* (Fees are paid quarterly does not include books and supplies)
*Additional expenses for full and part time programs:
Externship fee $50.00; books $236.00; materials and supplies $989.00 (materials and supplies costs include uniforms, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, watch with second hand. These items purchased from outside vendors.)

BPACE - Student Accident Insurance:
Student Accident Insurance is required for all students enrolled in Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, containing a clinical component and other programs with a safety requirement. The fee must be paid each year of enrollment (July 2023 to June 2024 - $15.00)
Financial Aid:
Financial Aid services are available. A Federal Pell Grant, unlike a loan, does not have to be repaid. Federal Pell Grants usually are awarded only to undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor’s or professional degree. Grants start from $740.00 to $7,395.00 and students are able to apply online (click this link to go to our Financial Aid Section).
