High school diploma or CTE transcripts are $5.00 each.

GED transcripts are $10.00 each.

If you are picking up transcripts, fees are to be paid at the time of pickup. If transcripts need to be mailed to, payment must be received before we can process request. Fees may be paid in cash, credit card, money order or cashier's check. Please make your money order or cashier's check payable to the Baldwin Park Unified School District. We do not accept personal checks. Make sure to bring a photo I.D. Duplicate certificates will not be issued.

Allow 3-5 business days from receipt of request for processing. There are no rush transcript services available. You will be contacted once your transcripts are ready. If you have any questions, please contact us at (626) 939-4456.
