Maine St. Cafe

The Maine Street Café is our work based activity for students enrolled in the Food Service and Hospitality program (Culinary Arts).  The café is a unique learning environment which assists students to integrate into the restaurant and food industry through hands-on training in a real life working café.  Students apply and hone in on their skills.  They learn about international foods and the day-to-day operation of a restaurant.

Monday through Thursday

9:00 am — 11:00 am

11:30 am — 2:00 pm

6:45 pm — 8:15 pm
